Janus
A re-envisioning of the Roman god, Janus, portraying the duality, connections, and bonds in oneself. Janus pictures a two-headed creature, a girl and a monster, a subdued and a playful side, connected and knitted together in wool. Floating gold chocolate cosmos flowers, symbolize the relationships and bonds created between people and oneself. Because the flowers are chocolate, the monster side of the creature which emerges at midnight is not frightening but only a cute and hungry cookie monster.
